XS Asset Management
XS Asset Management is an Edmonton-based multifamily real estate property and asset management firm. They take a people-first approach to every investment, differentiating themselves through elevated management standards and a commitment to enhancing the living experience for their tenants.
From August 2022 to June 2024 we developed an investor website for the company and managed their Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn presence. My role was to design the website, craft content, and in the latter half of our collaboration, manage the client relationship.
Our focus was on elevating the XS Asset Management team, including their strong internal connection and hands-on approach are key to building investor confidence. By showcasing their expertise and proven processes, we helped establish them as a rising leader in the multifamily real estate sector.

Scaling Up with Shane
The owner of XS Asset Management approached us looking to grow his personal brand through podcasting and a tailored social media presence. We determined that bi-weekly podcast episodes were achievable, and began producing the Scaling Up with Shane podcast. Each week, Shane met with a new guest from his network, whether it be an investor, multifamily expert, or realtor, and we helped coordinate, film, edit, and promote this podcast across social media, website, and YouTube.
We built this podcast from scratch, as well as his social media, growing his Instagram to over 1200 followers in a little less than six months.
